Radio station owner killed in car crash

LEXINGTON, MS (WLBT) - A radio station owner is killed in a one car crash in Lexington.

The Holmes County Coroner says Brad Maurice Cothran, age unknown, of Lexington, died when his vehicle left the roadway and hit a tree.

Officials say it happened after 5 o'clock this morning on Westwood Avenue in Lexington.

 Investigators believe Cothran may have suffered a heart attack. An autopsy will be conducted. Cothran owned radio station WAGR F.M. in Lexington and WXTN A.M. in Benton.
