School fight posted on Facebook

TUPELO, MS (WLBT)- Tupelo school officials are investigating video of a fight between students from the high school posted online.

The fight between two unidentified students was captured on video and put on Facebook. You can see other students standing by and watching the altercation.

The superintendent says the student that started the fight was arrested by police, charged with assault and expelled. He also cannot attend school anywhere in the state. But the video is raising questions about privacy and the use of cameras on school property.

Officials say recording and placing such events online goes against school policy.
