Brandon man indicted for abuse of vulnerable adult

JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - A Hinds County grand jury has indicted a Brandon man for felony abuse of a vulnerable adult.

51-year-old Scott Roberson is charged with one count following an investigation by the Attorney General's Medicaid Fraud Unit.

Roberson is scheduled to be arraigned on January 8, 2010.

He could face up to 20 years in prison and up to $10,000 dollars in fines if found guilty.

Roberson is being held in Rankin County on unrelated charges.
