Jeep runs off road in Attala County, injures driver

ATTALA COUNTY, MS (WLBT) - A man was injured after his Jeep ran off the road Thursday in Attala County.

The accident happened just after 3 p.m. on Highway 43 South just past Johnny's Used Cars.

Kosyonline.com reported the 58- year-old driver was found on the shoulder of a driveway bleeding from a gash in his face.

The impact of the crash broke the steering wheel possibly injuring his chest.

The unidentified man was taken to Montfort Jones Hospital.
