
RIDGELAND, MS (WLBT) - A husband called 911 after being shot by his wife during a domestic dispute in Ridgeland.
Ridgeland Police Lt. John Neal said it happened after 1 p.m. Wednesday at 139 North Central Avenue.
According to police, 37-year-old Angela Tuttle shot her husband, 38-year-old Gene Tuttle of
Washington state, in the mouth after a brief struggle.
The bullet was still lodged in his mouth when he was transported to a local hospital.
The couple lives in the home of Angela Tuttle's parents.
She is charged with aggravated assault and domestic violence.
