National media descend on Hattiesburg to search for Tiger Woods
Workers erect a fence to keep out photographers
HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) - All eyes continue to be on the Pine Belt as more reports continue to allege golf star Tiger Woods is inside a sexual treatment facility in Hattiesburg.
As more media outlets begin to send reporters and camera crews to the Hub City, the treatment facility is upping efforts to provide privacy.
Some business owners directly behind the compound say they have been approached by photographers asking to get on top of their buildings in hopes of getting a look inside. Now the facility is increasing the height of its privacy wall.
Local and national media, as well as paparazzi, have been in and out of the normally low-key city, even with no sightings of Woods himself or any direct confirmation.
Now photos have hit the Web claiming to be of Woods walking outside of one the Gentle Path cottages where Woods is assumed to be staying for a six-week treatment program. CNN, NBC, Radar Online and The National Enquirer have posted the photos.
The facility is one of the top-rated sexual clinics in the country, and has served numerous high-profile patients, most of the time privately, but in this case, anything but.
The public may never know for sure though; Pine grove officials remain tightlipped about the possibility of Woods seeking treatment there.
