'Nathan's Law' may become a reality

JONES COUNTY, MS (WLBT) - "Nathan's Law" is one step closer to passage in the legislature.

The senate has passed the bill, which would impose tougher penalties on drivers who illegally pass stopped school buses.

It's named for Nathan Key, the 5-year-old Jones County boy who was struck and killed by a passing car when he got off a school bus one day last December.
