Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded into bite size pieces
  • 1 jar of Bleu Cheese Dressing
  • 1 jar of Texas Pete buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 (8 oz.) bars of cream cheese
  • grated cheddar cheese
  • Fritos

Preheat oven to 325-degrees. Grease a 12 x 9 dish. Mix shredded chicken and wing sauce in a bowl; pour into bottom of baking dish. Heat cream cheese and dressing over medium heat until melted and thoroughly combined. Spread this evenly over chicken. Top with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake for 20-30 minutes.

If you want to kick it up add some sliced jalapeno peppers and extra bleu cheese.
