Forest Hill students arrested on weapons charge

Two Forest Hill high school students have been arrested on charges of bringing a gun and drugs onto campus.

Jackson police spokesman Joseph Daughtry says a 17-year-old male student and a 15-year-old female student are charged with possession of a firearm on school property.

The boy is also charged with possession of marijuana.

Their names have not been released.
