The 787-billion dollar stimulus legislation is a year old Wednesday.

President Obama touted the success of the controversial package saying it has created or saved two million jobs and has helped prevent a second great depression.

You can find out how much money has been given to Recovery Act projects in every state in the nation including Mississippi.

MSNBC.com has set up an online stimulus tracker.

You can get a tally of how much money went to each county in Mississippi.

The Magnolia State got 1.3 billion dollars. 64 million of that money went to contracts in Hinds County, like that of the McCoy Federal Building.
