Trial date set in strangulation death

MARION COUNTY, MS (WLBT) - A trial date is set for two people charged in the strangulation death of a 23-year-old Lumberton woman.

Thirty-nine year old Natasha Jean Graham of Baxterville and 19-year-old Ethan Dakota Dixon of Marion County will stand trial starting March 22nd. They are accused of murdering Tabitha Hartfield.

Hartfield was found May 31st, 2008 in a shallow grave in the woods not far from her home near the Marion-Lamar Countyline. An autopsy determined Hartfield, the mother of two small children, was strangled to death.
