White Bean Hummus with Brick Oven Flatbread
- 4 cups cooked white beans
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons sesame Tahini
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup pomace olive oil, and more for desired
- 3tsp Salt, or to taste
- Large pinch paprika
- Place all ingredients in food processor or blender with ½ of the olive oil
- Process.
- Add additional olive a little at a time until consistency desired is reached
- Season with salt & pepper
