
JACKSON, MS (WLBT) – According to Jackson police, a driver with a toddler inside, crashed into two other vehicles Saturday.
Officers said it happened after the unidentified driver of a Ford Taurus ran a light and refused to stop.
J.P.D. spokesman Officer Joseph Daughtry said the man's son was strapped into a child restraint seat.
Investigators said around 5:30 the Taurus was speeding down Northside Drive when it ran into a silver car and then struck a maroon car.
Three people were transported to a local hospital.
Their names and conditions have not been released.
