Woman arrested for embezzling P.T.A. funds

JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - Jackson police have made an arrest in connection to missing funds from a local P.T.A.

33-year-old Nicarra Johnson of Jackson was charged with felony embezzlement.

The Timberlawn Elementary Parents Teachers Association reported the missing funds.

Johnson was released Wednesday on a ten thousand dollar bond.
