Combine salt, flour, pepper, and lemon peel. Roll fillets in flour mixture and then in fried onions, coating well. Melt 1/4 cup butter in large skillet. Brown fillets over medium heat until golden Brown; turn once to brown both sides. While fish is cooking make pecan sauce by melting 1/4 cup of butter in a Sauce pan and adding pecans, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce and Cook until warm and blended. When ready to serve plate fillet and top with the pecan sauce. Serve immediately.
