(WLBT) - The state highway patrol is putting three new vehicles into action.
The three new trucks will help state troopers in the fight against drunk driving. The breath alcohol testing vehicle will be set up at DUI roadblocks. Instead of transporting suspected drunk drivers to local jails for a breath test they will be taken to a bat vehicle. It should mean less time for a driver to sober up and potentially more convictions.
