Booneville man arrested for child porn

BOONVILLE, MS (WLBT) - Attorney General Jim Hood announced Wednesday the arrest of a Booneville man on child porn charges.

45-year-old Mitchell Kennedy was charged with one count of possession of child porn.

If convicted, Kennedy could face up to 40 years in prison.
