2 injured in school bus vs. 18-wheeler accident

COPIAH COUNTY, MS (WLBT) – An accident involving a school bus and a Sanderson Farms 18-wheeler injured two people Wednesday afternoon.

The wreck happened on Highway 28 at Cooper Road. That's just outside of Georgetown.

The Mississippi Highway Patrol said the driver of the bus and one student were hurt.

No word on their conditions.
