As a result of evidence obtained during the investigation, detectives arrested Finch at his residence Tuesday. Finch was transported to the Licking County Sheriff's Office and during an interview, detectives said, he admitted to having sexual contact with the juvenile, along with multiple other male teenage juveniles ranging in age from 13 to 17 years old.
