Jackson police investigate overnight murder

JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - Jackson Police are searching for clues in the capitol city's latest homicide.

It happened overnight in the 2200 block of Utah street in northwest Jackson. 60 year-old Michael McDonald was shot in the head. A neighbor saw him slumped over in his van in the driveway of his home around midnight Thursday. She knocked on the door and alerted his former mother-in-la who lives with him.

Police don't have any suspects or motives at this time.
