Bond denied for Jackson murder suspect

JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - No bond for the suspected gunman in a weekend double shooting that left one person dead.

31 year-old Hardell Cornelius made his initial appearance in Jackson municipal court Thursday morning. He is charged with murder and aggravated assault in the early Sunday shooting that injured his ex-girlfriend 39 year-old Pammy Taylor --and killed 21 year-old Brittany Cheeks at an apartment on West Highland Drive.
