Men identified involved in shooting

JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - Police have identified both men involved in an argument that ended with gunfire. The incident occurred at a house off Ridgeway Street.

Fifty-eight year-year old Melvin Nickles has been charged with aggravated assault for shooting 20-year-old Detrick Warner in the stomach.

Warner was taken to a local hospital where doctors performed surgery to repair his wounds. No word tonight on his condition.
