Man dies from injuries of accident

COPIAH COUNTY, MS (WLBT) - A Copiah County man has died from injuries he suffered in a single motorcycle accident Thursday.

Sheriff Harold Jones says 22-year-old Adam Johnson of 6183 Harmony Road was badly injured when he lost control of his motorcycle around 6 o'clock Thursday evening.

The accident happened about a mile from his home southeast of Crystal Springs.

Johnson was airlifted to UMMC in Jackson.

He died Friday morning at 4 a.m.
