VICKSBURG, MS (WLBT)- A so-called "super bug" infection that destroys throat and lung tissue killed a 15-year-old Vicksburg boy last summer, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Wesley Husband had been sick for about a week. Relatives took him to a doctor, to an emergency room, and to a walk-in clinic where he died August 27th.
The CDC says Wesley's death was caused by the drug-resistant Staph infection called M.R.S.A.
