BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - The North Dakota National Guard says five U.S. senators paid a visit to soldiers in Kosovo on Easter Sunday.
The group included Mississippi Republican Thad Cochran. More than 600 North Dakota soldiers are part of a NATO peacekeeping force in Kosovo.
The other senators were North Dakota Democrats Byron Dorgan and Kent Conrad, New Hampshire Republican Judd Gregg and Wyoming Republican John Barrasso.
