Funeral services are set for a Mississippi army soldier that was killed in Iraq last week.
Visitation for Army PFC Anthony Blount will be this Friday from 5:30 p.m.to 9:00 p.m. at the Moore Funeral Home in Petal.
The memorial service will be Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Oak Grove.
Burial will then follow at Highland Cemetery in Hattiesburg.
City officials say residents will be asked to line the streets to pay tribute to the fallen soldier.
The 21 year old Petal native was killed when his vehicle was hit by an improvised explosive device.
Four other soldiers were injured in the blast.
Officials say Blount's body will arrive at Pine Belt airport around noon Thursday and a procession will carry the body to Moore Funeral Home in Petal.
