JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - There was another plea from one of two brothers, involved in the death of a former radio personality.
Monday morning Zachary Mott pleaded guilty to house burglary and accessory after the fact for his part in the death of John Friskillo.
He was sentenced to 23 years in prison.
Investigators said Mott and his brother Joshua broke into Friskillo's home in November of 2007, assaulted him and stole several items.
Friskillo later died from his injuries.
Last month Joshua Mott pleaded guilty to manslaughter and house burglary.
He was sentenced to 45 years in prison.
