A day after announcing it will pay a record multi-million dollar fine to the federal government, automaker, Toyota, announces another recall.
But this recall has been followed by word of a quick fix by the company.
Toyota has now recalled the 2010 Lexus GX 460 SUV to address a potential rollover problem.
Nearly 10,000 vehicles have been sold in the U.S., since the GX 460 went on sale in late December.
Toyota said it will offer a fix for the problem to all GX 460 models worldwide, updating the stability control software program to reduce the risk of vehicles sliding.
In the meantime, Toyota has halted sales of the newer models and has started testing all of its SUVs.
