Helmets will soon be required in Starkville - MSNewsNow.com - Jackson, MS
STARKVILLE, MS (WLBT) - You'll have to wear a helmet while on wheels in Starkville.
The city now requires helmets for bicycles, inline skates, roller skates, skateboards, motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles.
The ordinance takes effect in 30 days, and there is a six-month grace period.
