YAZOO COUNTY, MS (WLBT) - Weather damage has forced Yazoo County Schools officials to cancel classes.
The superintendent, Dr. Jack Nicholson, says there will be no school Monday because at least 11 of the district's buses are damaged, and there are some power outages.
The schools are not damaged.
Nicholson says the district will assess the situation Monday before deciding whether cancel classes again on Tuesday.
