
YAZOO CITY, MS (WLBT) - Rescue crews are working around the clock Sunday in one of the hardest-hit areas after Saturday's storms, Yazoo City.
The American Red Cross said that just 12 people in Yazoo City stayed in the shelter there Saturday night.
Many residents stayed with family and friends.
The Salvation Army said they have three mobile food and drink units working in the area to get basic necessities out to the people.
They said they are taking monetary donations.
