(WLBT) - A good number of players with ties to Mississippi were chosen in the NFL Draft Thursday through Saturday. A great deal more were not. However, there are still, at the very least, scant dreams alive for many players who have since signed with pro football teams as unrestricted free agents. These players will at least have a shot at making an NFL roster.
The following is a list of players, their former school, and the NFL franchise they will be trying out for.
