American Red Cross opens storm relief shelters

JACKSON, MS (WLBT)- The American Red Cross will open shelters in response to the potential bad weather forecasted in the upcoming days.

Temporary shelters will be available in various locations throughout Central Mississippi:

National Guard building, Depot Street, Lexington, MS
Yazoo Civic Center, 930 Lamar Street, Yazoo City, MS
Choctaw County Community Center, 895 College Street, Ackerman, MS

In addition, the Red Cross has set up an emergency aid station in Holmes County at the Ebenezer Volunteer Fire Station on Highway 14.
