RANKIN COUNTY, MS (WLBT) - A Rankin County pharmacist was indicted by a Rankin County Grand Jury on sex crime charges.
Thirty-seven-year-old Timothy Rigdon faces two counts of statutory rape and sexual battery. He is accused of having sex with an underage female.
Rigdon is owner of Specialty Pharmacy in Flowood and is also a developer and business owner in Rankin County.
According to Sheriff Ronnie Pennington, the charges against Rigdon stem from an alleged relationship he had with a juvenile over a period of time.
Trial is set for September 14.
