Combine lime juice, orange juice, honey, jalapeno pepper, salt and Cilantro in a blender or food processor. Blend while slowly adding Canola oil in a steady stream. When oil is incorporated, turn off And add cashews; pulse until nuts are finely chopped.
Place lettuce in a large serving bowl and top with strawberry slices And red onions. Pour dressing over lettuce and serve immediately.
