HINDS COUNTY, MS (WLBT) - A Hinds County man accused of running a house of prostitution is facing a new criminal indictment.
53-year-old Jimmy Little was arrested Thursday morning. Only two years ago, Little was arrested after his property near Terry was raided.
He's accused of violating the so-called "Rico Act," a federal law that imposes stiff penalties for people involved in a continuous criminal enterprise.
Little was also charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession and is being held without bond at the Hinds County Detention Center in Raymond.
