LIMA, PERU (WLBT) - First, he allegedly wanted money for the information, but now, Joran Van der Sloot is willing to tell authorities in Aruba where to find the body of former Mississippi resident Natalee Holloway.
Van der Sloot has long been the prime suspect in the teenager's 2005 disappearance, even arrested but let go on more than one occasion.
U.S. authorities recently charged him with extortion after he contacted Natalee's mother wanting $250,000 in exchange for the location of her body.
The suspect was still in custody in Peru Thursday night after confessing to killing a 21-year-old woman in his Lima hotel, five years to the day Holloway went missing.
