Sweet and Sour Dressing:
In a medium bowl, whisk all dressing ingredients together. Refrigerate until ready to serve salad. In another bowl, mix baby lettuce, cheese, pecans, and bacon. Toss with dressing and place on plate and top with grilled pears.
*to grill pears simply wash, cut in half, core and brush with a little melted butter and place on hot grill or grill pan. Cook for approximately 2 minutes, turn and cook another 2 minutes. Allow to cool an slice.
