Pedestrian killed on I-20 - MSNewsNow.com - Jackson, MS
RANKIN COUNTY, MS (WLBT) - Emergency crews are on the scene of a fatality on Interstate 20 east, between Brandon and Pelahatchie.
We're told a pedestrian was hit and killed in that area.
Both eastbound lanes of I-20 were closed at mile marker 62, but reopened shortly after noon.
Eyewitnesses say the man who died walked out into traffic.
Jefferson County Sheriff Peter Walker has identified the woman found dead in the cemetery of East Mount Olive Baptist Church Wednesday night.
