JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - The world now knows the winners of the 2010 International Ballet Competition and Saturday night was the evening of the awards gala.

Dancers returned to Thalia Mara Hall after two weeks of tense competition for another night of performances.

Saturday night they mingled and enjoyed the culmination of the four year ballet trials. One hundred of the world's best dancers converge on Jackson trying to win the gold, silver and bronze medals in individual and pairs and classical and contemporary ballet.

Sunday night the medalists will present an encore gala performance  and the tickets cost $25 to $50 dollars.
