New hospital likely in Olive Branch

OLIVE BRANCH, MS (WLBT) - Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare's request to build a hospital in Olive Branch will get an approval recommendation.

State Health Officer Dr. Mary Currier and the Mississippi Board of Health will decide if a hospital is needed there.

The hospital is projected to cost about 137-million dollars.

Previous objections to the project have been dropped.
