
JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - The man accused of shooting his girlfriend in the head could soon be getting out of jail, but won't be walking the streets.
Wednesday, 26-year-old Charles Kuebler was given a bond of $100 thousand.
Under the bond agreement, Kuebler must also compete a drug and alcohol treatment program.
Kuebler is accused of shooting his 28-year-old girlfriend Tamara Stuckey in the head.
She died at the scene.
He has not taken up a position on his defense.
Kuebler is charged with murder. His case will now be sent to a grand jury.
