Police arrest another teen in connection with armed home invasions

JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - Jackson police have arrested another teen in connection with last weekend's armed home invasions in the capitol city.

Dongrego Bolton, 18, joins three others behind bars in connection with the crimes. He is charged with three counts of armed house burglary and 10 counts of armed robbery of an individual.

John Caston, 16, Daniel White, 17, and Johnnie Stringer, 21, have been charged with the same crimes.

Meanwhile, police are on the hunt for Timothy Wiggins, 19. He is five feet seven inches tall and weighs about 135 pounds.

Wiggins is also facing the same charges.

Police believe the men broke into at least four homes in South and North Jackson between July 16th and 18th.

According to police, armed thieves kicked open the doors to those homes, robbed the victims and stole their vehicles.

Police expect more arrests will be made. They have recovered some of the stolen items.
