MEMPHIS, TN (WLBT) - Memphis city leaders are working to keep an air passenger carrier from moving to the magnolia state.
A move is a concern because officials at Pinnacle Airlines Corporation have confirmed the state of Mississippi has made an offer for the air carrier to move its offices to Olive Branch.
Memphis Mayor A.C. Wharton called keeping the company in the city a quote "all hands on deck" effort.
According to its website, Pinnacle flies more than 740 Delta connection flights daily to 120 airports. The company employs more than 4,300 people.
