JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - For Norman England, life in his west Jackson home has become more like a prison sentence.
He said he is constantly having problems with burglaries, and fears for his safety.
England's home is located on Sharp Street, off Highway 80.
England said he's scared to leave his home for fear someone will take the little that's left.
"I think someone's trying to run me out of here; it's 19 times they've hit me," said England, in the front yard of his home.
From money to clothing, it's all been taken out of his home. Even with all his windows boarded up, the burglaries continue. Most recently they tried to pull the siding off his home to go in through the attic.
Disabled and now broke from the thefts, England believes he knows who may be taking advantage of him.
England said, "Her name is Kelly. She was the one last year that stole these cars from over here and some other things."
He said police have responded to all of his calls for help, but so far they haven't been able to catch the thief.
