Residency dispute keeps kids out of school

RAYMOND, MS (WLBT) - A Raymond family struggles to get two children in school.

Hugh Funches' two grandsons are at home while their friends are in class. Hinds County School District officials say he doesn't have the right paper work to prove residency and custody.

It's the latest case of a family trying to prove it lives in the district where the kids are trying to go to school.
