BRANDON, MS (WLBT) - The man accused of killing white supremacist Richard Barrett plead "not guilty" Monday.
Vincent McGee was served with an indictment Monday and arraigned in a Rankin County courtroom.
McGee plead "not guilty" to capital murder and arson. Barrett's stabbed, beaten and burned body was found back in April at his home in rural Rankin County.
McGee's trial date was set for February 14, 2011.
He is currently being held at Central Mississippi Correctional Facility in Rankin County.
