I-55 wreck sends man to the hospital

JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - A three vehicle accident brought traffic to a standstill Thursday afternoon on Interstate 55 in Jackson.

It happened in the northbound lanes just past the Woodrow Wilson exit.

The accident involved a black Mustang, Ford truck and a GMC truck.

The cause of the accident is not known.

One man was hurt and transported to the hospital.
