FLOWOOD, MS (WLBT) - It was a winning Labor Day weekend at a music festival in Flowood.
The Mississippi Stone Soul Picnic kicked off at 3 p.m. Sunday afternoon at Winner's Circle Park.
This year's concert's headliners include the world renowned Mississippi Mass Choir and Gospel great Dorothy Norwood.
Festival goers brought blankets and lawn chairs to soak up the sun. Organizers say the event is family friendly and a perfect way to spend the holiday.
