GULFPORT, Miss. (AP) - A federal judge has sentenced a Moss Point couple already convicted in a Medicare fraud scheme to prison time and ordered them to forfeit their home and pay more than $8.1 million in restitution.
The Sun Herald reports a jury in May convicted LaTanicia McMillan Rogers and Wayne Rogers of conspiracy to defraud the U.S. and theft of government funds.
